The Gym Bag Blueprint — 5 Smarter Packing Systems for Real Life

$12.00

Stop packing for the workout. Start packing for what happens after it.

Hair tie snapped mid-set. Shampoo leaked onto the work shirt. Packed everything except clean underwear. Necklace tangled into a knot. Wet clothes sitting against everything else all afternoon.

None of that is a workout problem. It's a packing problem — and it has a system.

Two Zones. Always.

One clean, one dirty, and they never touch. That's the whole rule, and it's the thing most bags get wrong. It doesn't have to be a product: a sealed bag works, a dedicated pouch works. What doesn't work is keeping them on separate sides, because damp travels.

Five bags for five different days

The useful question isn't "what do I need for the gym?" It's "where am I going after?" Each day gets its own list, so you're packing for the day you're actually having.

  • Gym → Home — the minimal bag. Get this one right and the other four are easy.
  • Gym → Work — the workout isn't the hard part. Arriving looking like you didn't just work out is.
  • Work → Gym — packed at 7am, and you won't find out what you forgot until 6pm.
  • Gym → Plans — look like the gym wasn't your last stop.
  • Gym → Travel — checkout is at 11 and your kit is still wet.

What's inside

  • The Tiny Emergency Kit — ten small things in one pouch, under fifty grams. Hair ties, a stain wipe, a blister plaster, spare socks, a period product. Pack it once and it works for years.
  • The Bottom-of-the-Bag Test — if it can leak, break, tangle, stay hot, get wet, smell or disappear, it doesn't belong loose in your bag. Seven categories, and what to do about each.
  • The 5-minute reset — tonight, not tomorrow morning.
  • What not to buy — including the things we could have sold you.
  • A screenshot page — all five days condensed onto one page for your phone, so you never reread nineteen pages before a workout.

The honest bit

This is packing and organisation guidance, not training, nutrition or medical advice. It's nineteen pages because that's how long the system took to explain properly — no filler, no forty-item list you'll never carry.

19-page digital guide · Instant download · Yours to keep

Delivered by email the moment you buy. Nothing ships.

The rule

Two zones.
Always.

One zone for clean. One zone for dirty. If your bag only has one compartment, put a drawstring or laundry bag inside it — that’s your dirty zone.

It’s one change, and it’s the difference between a bag you empty every night and a bag that smells by Thursday.

Clean

Today’s clothes. Toiletries. Anything that touches your face.

Dirty

Worn kit. Shoes. The towel. Sealed off from everything above.

Before you buy

Straight answers

What exactly am I getting for $9?

Five scenario-based packing lists, the Two-Zone system, what lives in your bag permanently, what needs restocking and roughly how often, what not to buy, and realistic gym-to-life timings. You get a print version and a phone-friendly version. It is a digital download, so there is nothing to ship.

How do I get it after I pay?

It is delivered as a download after checkout. Nothing ships, and there is no shipping charge.

Is this for beginners?

Yes. It assumes no prior setup and no particular kind of training. If you are going to the gym and then going somewhere else, it applies.

Can I use it on my phone?

Yes. There is a phone-friendly reference version alongside the printable one.

Why five lists instead of one?

Because a list that covers every possible day is a list you will not follow. Going straight home needs five things. Going to dinner afterwards needs more. Packing for the day you are actually having is the entire idea.

What is the Two-Zone system?

One zone for clean, one zone for dirty. If your bag has a single compartment, a drawstring or laundry bag inside it becomes the dirty zone. Worn kit, shoes and the towel go in there and nothing else does.

Do I have to buy anything else?

No. Part of the Blueprint is a list of what to skip. We would rather you own four things that work than eleven that sit in a side pocket.

The Gym Bag Blueprint is a packing and organization guide. It is not medical, dermatological, nutritional or training advice.
