Gym Bag Club is free to join, and joining gets you the five-day packing system one day at a time, straight to your inbox.
No app. No points. No tier you have to climb. It is a list of people who got tired of finding out what they forgot at the worst possible moment.
What you actually get
- The five days, one a week. Gym to home. Gym to work. Work to gym. Gym to plans. Gym to travel. One email each, with the thinking behind it — the same framework as the Blueprint, delivered slowly enough to actually use.
- First look at anything new. We add a handful of things a month, not a catalogue. You see them before the site does.
- A nudge when it is time to restock. The things that quietly run out — dry shampoo, deodorant, hair ties — and never get replaced until the morning you need them.
What you will not get
Daily emails. Fake countdowns. A discount code for something you were not going to buy. If we have nothing useful to say, we do not send anything.
Why “Club”?
Because the useful part of this was never the products. It was finding out that everyone has the same five problems and nobody talks about them — the shampoo that leaked onto a work shirt, the hair tie that snapped mid-set, the necklace that came out of a bag in a knot.
Those are not personal failures. They are packing problems, and they have answers. The club is where the answers get shared.
Show us your bag
The best fixes in this system did not come from us. If you have worked out something genuinely clever — a way of folding, a thing you repurposed, a pouch that does two jobs — send it to hello@gymbagclub.com.
We will credit you if we use it. We are not going to pretend we invented it.

The email capture is at the bottom of every page on this site, including this one. One field, no password, no account to set up.
If you would rather skip ahead, The Gym Bag Blueprint is the whole system at once — 19 pages, five days, the Tiny Emergency Kit and the Bottom-of-the-Bag Test. Get it for $12, instant download, nothing ships.
