Gym Bag Club makes gym bag checklists and packing systems for the parts of an active life that happen before and after a workout.
The idea came from a boring observation: almost every gym bag list on the internet is the same list of forty things. Buy all of it and you end up carrying nine pounds of stuff, most of which you never touch, and somehow still not having the one thing you actually wanted.
So we do the opposite. Work out what kind of day you're having — gym to home, gym to work, work to gym, gym to dinner, gym to the airport — and pack that list. Five short lists instead of one long one.
What we believe
Two zones, always. One clean zone, one dirty zone. If your bag has a single compartment, a drawstring bag inside it becomes the second zone. This one change is the difference between a bag you empty every night and a bag that smells by Thursday.
Fewer, better things. We'd rather you owned four items that work than eleven that live in a side pocket. That means we'll sometimes tell you not to buy something — including things we could have sold you.
Specifics beat slogans. "Level up your fitness journey" helps nobody. Which five things to restock, and roughly how often, is useful.
What we're not
We're not trainers, dietitians or dermatologists, and we don't pretend to be. Everything we publish is packing and organization guidance. It is not medical, dermatological, nutritional or training advice. Where something genuinely needs a professional, we'll say so rather than guess.
Where we're at
Gym Bag Club is new. Our first product is The Gym Bag Blueprint — a $9 digital download with five packing systems, the Two-Zone rule, and a list of what to skip. It isn't on sale yet; join the list and we'll email you the day it is.
We have no reviews yet, because we have no customers yet. When we do, we'll show you the real ones.
